January 3rd - Audio Visual Night. Members showing A/Vs are Bob Barker, Wayne John, Sam Cheng, Dave Williams and Dennis Russ. We could do with a few more taking part.
January 5th - A day out with a walk along the Swansea Promenade.

January 10th - Distinctions Night. Members and guests show off their distinctions panels.

January 12th - A day out at one of our favourite locations. Meet at Penwyllt for 9.am onwards or for sunrise - Details.

January 17th - One light portraiture evening with Martin Smith. Members to bring cameras and some props (hats/scarves etc.)

January 19th - A day out a visit to a local slate museum in Port Talbot. Directions will be sent to members nearer the date. Meet at 10am.

January 24th - Mainly Landscapes with Allen Lloyd, ARPS.
January 26th - A day out at two chapels/churches meet at Gwrhyd Chapel best before sunrise but for the late risers 9.30. This is a landscape shoot with ruined remains of an old hospital to see. February 2nd - A day out at Ferryside followed by Kidwelly. Meet at 10.am. Wayne John's suggestion. 
February 7th - Another evening with Ken Needs - Pyle and Porthcawl PS. Hand in for Competition No 5.
February 9th - A day out on the Llanelli Coastal Path.
February 14th - Valentines Day TBA.
February 16th - Day out at Cardiff Barrage. Suggested by Tom Dee. 
February 18th - WPF Memorial Day. Three Competitions - Colour Print, Monochrome Print and PDI.  Date and venue TBC.
February 21st - Another fun-filled Still Life/Table Top evening with Martin Smith. Members to bring cameras and toys.. Hand in for Competition No 6.
February  23rd - A day out at Nantgarw Transport Collections Museum. Meet at 10.15 with the tour starting at 10.30. This is pre- booked.
February 28th - Competition No 5. Judge Alan Packham, Bargoed CC.

 

March 1st - A day out with a street shoot  This is Joanna Ashburners suggestion and is putting an itinerary together nearer the date. St. David's Day street shoot in Cardiff to include the St. David's Day parade that will go through the town at 12.30pm.
March 3rd - The WPF AGM this is at Talbot Green start 2.30pm. Also its the closing date for the Welsh Salon.

March 6th - An evening with Steve Varman LRPS, Tynedale CC. Visit Steve's website - here.
March 8th - A day out at Caerphilly Castle and street shoot. Meet outside the castle for 10.am. Dave Williams' suggestion.
March 13th - Montana In Winter, Trevor James, Gwynfi CC. This is a monochrome talk in Print and PDI form.
March 15th - A day out at Joanna Ashburner's suggestion tbc.
March 16th - 19th - The Photography Show at the NEC Birmingham.
March 20th - Competition No 6 with Judge Dave Bennett, Cwmbran CC.
March 22nd - Day out at Penllergaer Valley Woods. Our leader is Wayne John.
March  22nd - 24th - Tenby's first Steam Punk Weekend.
March 27th - An Evening with Mike Clatworthy.
March 29th - Good Friday - Day out at TBA.

April 3rd - Gwynfa CC will visit the club to show us their work, then we return to Gwynfa CC in November.

April 6th - Only Mono hosted by Cymru Mono at St Theodore's Church Hall. This is the biggest monochrome battle in the UK if not the World. Afan Nedd are taking part so come along and support your club.
April 10th - Carmarthen Cameras Model shoot with  Krishen Nagar. Members bring cameras.

April 17th - Get Out and Shoot  with Nicky Rhodes, Newquay CC.
April 24th - Competition No 7 with Judge Bryan Pilot, Cwmbran CC. Hand in for the Print and DPI Image Of The Year Competition.

May 1st -  Show and Tell. Members show and talk about their images with 5 or 10 each depending on how many take part.
May 8th -  A Practical Evening with Mike Clatworthy. Members to bring their cameras. This is a Still Life/Table top session.

May 22nd - A Print Evening with John Tillsley, ARPS, Dorchester PS.
May 24th - A day out with a walk to the Ponturdulais Viaduct. This will be our second visit there.

September 25th - Competition No 1 - Judge Martyn Pinches from Cardiff.

November 1st/2nd - A day out with a street shoot in Llanelli followed by a visit to see the Llanelli CC Exhibition. Meet in the exhibition at 10am in St Ellis Shopping Centre. Park wherever you like, but a Llanelli member has suggested we park at the multi-storey car park Murray Street.
November 21st - Show and Tell at Cardiff CC. Members are invited to take part and show their work. 
November 23rd - Stanley Schell hosted by Aberdare CC - Venue Cynon Linc. Starts 1pm.
